Roof
Painting your roof adds value, looks great and adds a layer of protection. Applying a coat of paint is more cost effective than re-roofing and can be a more suitable alternative. Keeping on top of the maintenance of your roof is important, as leaving it unprotected or worn can lead to bigger costs down the road.
Removal of loose nails and replaced with screws. Ridges, valleys and flashings repaired or replaced if required
Pressure wash to remove dirt. Moss and mould killer applied if required
Rust will be treated to prevent any further rust
Consultation and Quote
When you contact Saint Home Decorating, we will book a time to meet and look at your project. We will inspect your roof to get an understanding of what condition it is in and see if any major repairs will need to be done first. Once we are clear on the projects needs, we will discus the cost and tell you what will be involved. You will then receive an email from us with a quote break down, so you know exactly what to expect.
Prep and Paint
Before we get stuck into the job, we will let you know if there is anything we need from you. This could be access to power, or the repositioning of your car. When we arrive at your home, we will start to prepare your roof by cleaning it and making any minor repairs. Once the area/s have be cleaned, our professional painters will get stuck in, using the colours you’ve pre-selected. We would like to create as less disturbance for you as possible, so at the end of each day we will pack up our gear and return your home to normal.
Inspection
After we have completed your project, we will get you to have a walk around with us, to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. During this stage, we encourage our clients to share any questions or concerns about the project. Customer satisfaction remains our priority, and we go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with our painting services.
